We require 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Any appointments cancelled the same day are subject to a $25.00 cancel/rescheduling fee.

We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement. Dr. Clark also sees patients in other plans in which she does not participate; we find that most patients in other plans are happy with the out-of-network reimbursement they receive.
